With Refurbly Flex you get a fully unlimited warranty. This means the warranty never expires as long as you subscribe to the phone. It covers all technical faults such as camera, microphone, display and more.

Don't like the product? No problem! You get a 30-day open purchase period. Return your order easily and conveniently with the prepaid return label included in the package. The right of withdrawal starts the day you receive the product and only applies if the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it.

At Refurbly Flex we want to keep things simple. We offer one clear 12-month subscription period to make your decision easy. After this period you can either continue subscribing at the same fixed monthly price, return the product completely free of charge, or upgrade to a newer model with ease. You can even buy out the phone if you wish. It is entirely up to you!

Unbox your new freedom — and a little more! In the box with your new phone you will find a charging cable (note: no USB adapter), an information sheet and a SIM ejector tool. You also get a fitted screen protector and a stylish clear phone case for extra protection.

No. All our phones are completely unlocked and work with any carrier and SIM card — whether or not you choose to add a mobile plan from one of our partners.
